TOPIC: What's the most interesting thing you have learned so far?

In the subject of green burials, the most interesting thing I have learned so far is that most burial processes that are marketed as "green" have secondary environmental issues and are not 100% eco-friendly.

Processes such as biotree urns or artificial reef balls require the body to first be cremated, which releases toxins into the air. Additionally, cremated remains are too toxic to be safely placed near plants and trees.
