TOPIC: What was your biggest learning experience?

I think my biggest learning experience was learning how to ask the right questions in an interview at the right time to get the most emotional or unique answer from a source. There are definitely times during an interview where the source says something that will lead to a good answer if they are prompted with the right question, and I think I'm learning to recognize that moment.

Additionally, I've learned that its good to have simple but interesting 1-2 pagers as backup/filler for the issue.
